Update 11: Updated and fixed items description

I’ve updated the descriptions of some items that now have a different mechanic, I’ve also fixed an issue where the description of some items clipped out of the screen.

Ho aggiornato la descrizione di alcuni oggetti che ora hanno una meccanica diversa, ho anche risolto un problema dove la descrizione di alcuni oggetti usciva dallo schermo.
